LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist Las Vegas

When you don’t have meaningful relationships you may feel lonely and disconnected.

Being in a relationship can be extremely rewarding, but also complicated and difficult. Many couples I see have a foundation of love, but struggle with many of the other aspects like arguing, feeling misunderstood, becoming defensive, depending on one another without having space to be individuals, and more.

The individuals working on themselves to build better relationships often find they struggling with insecure attachments. They want to feel close with others and have good friendships, but they feel unworthy, awkward, or frustrated about the process.

Being able to share life with others is a cornerstone of a full and healthy life. Quality relationships give us purpose and connection which makes life fun, interesting, and satisfying.
