Do you accept insurance?

To provide 100% confidential therapy we do not accept insurance for payment at this time. We want to empower the clients to have their choice of a provider as well as not have insurance interfere with diagnosis or treatment.

If you would like to seek reimbursement for your sessions, we can print a statement for you to give to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

We accept all major credit/debit cards as forms of payment.

How long will it take?

Every client is different and will have their own unique treatment path and time. Your therapist will work closely with you to identify needs as well as length of treatment time and will discuss this regularly. Clients are also empowered to talk with their therapists about their expectations and needs.

How does therapy help more than talking to friends or family?

Therapy comes from trained and experienced mental health providers who understand the complex nature of mental health treatment as well as use evidence based practices. While trusted friends and families can be great supports and resources, talking with a therapist will provide a safe, structured, and non biased place to work on your wellness and mental health.

What is the difference between therapy and wellness coaching?

Therapy treats mental health conditions and helps clients work through trauma and other deep rooted concerns. Wellness coaching will not treat these conditions but rather offer one on one coaching of how to implement goals and helpful skills into your life to better manage, maintain, and increase your mental wellness.
